1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, subscribe, or use the Platform, we collect information you provide directly, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, and business information
• Payment information processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)
• Contact lists, rosters, and other data you upload to the Platform
• Messages and content you create or send through the Platform
• Communications you have with our support team

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform or mobile application, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers
• IP address and general location information
• Log data including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Platform
• Session duration and activity timestamps
• Crash reports and performance data used to improve the Platform

1.3 Contact Data You Submit

As part of the Platform's core functionality, you may upload contact lists containing names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other information belonging to third parties (your prospects, clients, or employees). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to submit and use this data, including all required consents for any communications sent through the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and mobile application
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you account notifications, billing receipts, and service updates
• Respond to your support requests and communications
• Monitor Platform usage and diagnose technical issues
• Improve Platform features, performance, and user experience
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
• Enforce our Terms of Service and other applicable policies

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your contact lists or subscriber data for our own marketing purposes.

3. SMS and Email Communications

3.1 Platform-Initiated Communications

The Platform enables subscribers to send SMS messages, emails, and voice communications to their contacts. EnrollTools acts as a technology provider and authorized service provider for these communications. The subscriber — not EnrollTools — is responsible for obtaining all required consents from recipients and complying with all applicable communications laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

3.2 Transactional Messages to Subscribers

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional communications from EnrollTools related to your account, subscription, billing, and Platform updates. These communications are necessary for the operation of your account and are not marketing messages.

3.3 Opting Out

If you receive an SMS sent through the EnrollTools Platform from a subscriber's campaign, you may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages from that sender. If you have questions about a specific campaign message, contact the sender directly or reach us at support@enrolltools.com and we will identify the responsible subscriber.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that support the operation of the Platform, including payment processing, cloud infrastructure, SMS and email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually required to use your information only as directed by EnrollTools and to maintain appropriate security standards.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of EnrollTools, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business, subscriber information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information in other circumstances with your express consent.

5. Your Choices

5.1 Account Information

You may update or correct your account information by logging into the Platform or contacting us at support@enrolltools.com.

5.2 Contact Data Deletion

You may delete contact records and uploaded data from your account at any time through the Platform's contact management tools. Upon cancellation of your subscription, we will delete or de-identify your subscriber data within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

5.3 Device Permissions

Our mobile application may request access to your device camera, contacts, or notifications. You can manage these permissions at any time through your device's operating system settings. Denying certain permissions may limit the functionality of the application.

5.4 Marketing Communications

If we send you optional marketing communications, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us directly. Note that opting out of marketing does not affect transactional account communications.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and subscriber data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation or termination, we retain information for up to 90 days to allow for account reactivation, after which it is deleted or de-identified unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or legitimate legal proceedings.

Billing records and transaction history are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years as required for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@enrolltools.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for use by adults operating in a professional or business capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, share, or sell
• The right to delete personal information we have collected from you (subject to certain exceptions)
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

EnrollTools does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. To submit a privacy request or for questions about your California rights, contact us at support@enrolltools.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to the address associated with your account and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
